Returns/exchanges will only be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of date of delivery. We will not process any returns or exchanges on inquiries after 7 days. Please note all of our items are shipped from Japan and we follow our Japanese manufacturer’s policy.
Please email email@example.com to ensure the product is returnable prior to sending it to us. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
For an item to be eligible for return, it must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received it in. The item(s) must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and accompanied with a receipt, as a proof of payment.
You will be responsible for shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. Please send the package back pre-paid, via traceable carrier and insure for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back. We are not responsible for missing packages.

Once your return item is received, inspected and accepted, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to 2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.SALE ITEMS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us. You are responsible for the cost of re-shipping on exchanges.
In case the item is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
